In 1999, the School of Environmental Science and Management (SchEMS) was founded. SchEMS is Pokhara University’s first affiliated institution. The Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) is an undergraduate academic degree that lasts four years and is divided into eight semesters. Computer technology has become an indispensable component of almost every area of modern life. The rapid advancement of computer technology has made it possible to integrate and communicate seamlessly across enterprises all over the world. A huge staff is required to keep computer systems functioning by maintaining networks, developing new software, and ensuring information security and support. The most suited curriculum for a career in computer technology is the Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA).
Why School of Environmental Science and Management?
We encourage our students to work on real-world commercial projects in software development and applied domains so that they may gain hands-on experience with the technologies involved, as well as an understanding of the basic principles and their application in many disciplines. More importantly, real projects provide students the confidence they need to pursue their goals in the future. The greatest pillars for developing a successful professional, in our opinion, are adequate grasp of fundamental ideas, hands-on applications, technological exposure, self-upgradation, flexibility, and devotion.
Eligibility
To pursue a BCA degree, students must have completed +2 or an equivalent intermediate level. Candidates from any stream who finished their studies at a Pokhara University-approved board or university are eligible to apply. Students must provide their academic credentials together with a fully filled application form when applying for admission.
